I was delayed for my appointment due to an accident. I called to see if they could wait a few minutes, and the response was that I had to pay for the appointment again. Only if I paid again could they reschedule. They practically robbed me, and on top of that, they wouldn’t give me an invoice for the charge they made, claiming I had to reschedule the appointment to get one. I think it’s a scam; they’re only interested in money and not their patients.
