They told me to come back in a week, but I decided not to go and went to another urologist elsewhere, and I was completely cured with the correct medication. Thanks for making me spend so much money for nothing. I will never go back to this place. I was tricked by the 5-star reviews they have; they must be fake reviews written by them just to make innocent people like me come and waste money.

I was delayed for my appointment due to an accident. I called to see if they could wait a few minutes, and the response was that I had to pay for the appointment again. Only if I paid again could they reschedule. They practically robbed me, and on top of that, they wouldn't give me an invoice for the charge they made, claiming I had to reschedule the appointment to get one. I think it's a scam; they're only interested in money and not their patients.
